Birthday Party Package
Book your child’s upcycle birthday party with the Chillie Kids Club for a fun, creative and sustainable celebration that teaches kids to make memories whilst making a difference!
The party includes all upcycling tools and equipment and a choice of either a small denim jeans bag to customise OR a preloved t-shirt to personalise. To tailor make your package or upcycle any other preloved items or add-ons, please select your options in the form. Book now for a fun, hands-on celebration where kids design, play and protect the planet!
Terms & Conditions
The party length is 2 hours and we suggest leaving the break to the last 15 minutes for cake and photo opportunities. The kids can snack and drink while they create but this is a recommendation and we can adjust this to suit your requirements. We can tailor these packages to suit you and very happy to discuss any other ideas you might have! All parties paid for in advance to The Chillie Kids Club. We require full payment up front to secure your chosen date and time. Confirm sizes of children at least 14 days prior to party. Final guest numbers to be confirmed 7 days prior. Chillie Kids Club is not responsible for any damage caused to clothing. The host takes full responsibility for the party guests for supervised use of scissors, glue and needles and any heated equipment. If at the shop location you have 30 mins prior to set up party and decorations and 30 minutes after. Any parties that run over the set allocated time will be charged an extra £50. You can cancel your party up to 30 days prior to your booked date, this will incur a £100 cancellation fee. If your party is sooner than 30 days, payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your party, please email us as soon as possible to postpone/ reschedule.
