OUR STORY

Lydia McNeill and Natalie Hartley have over 20 years experience in the fashion industry.  Natalie has worked at magazines ELLE, Sunday Times Style and Glamour and Lydia in retail and personal shopping.  They opened their first shop on Portobello Road selling vintage clothes.  Their own kids have followed their journey and on the back of this sustainable education they thought it was important to teach their kids the value of not throwing their old clothes away and introduce them to up-cycling.  The Chillie Kids Club was created on the back of that.  ‘We wanted to teach kids about this, showing them in fun and creative ways, how to recycle their old clothes.’
